On acceptance of a firm place, a deposit of £600 will become payable one year in advance. £200 will be deducted from the first terms’ fees and the remaining £400 will be used to offset extra costs incurred in the last term at the school, and any balance will be refunded when your child leaves the school at the end of Early Years School or Year 6 (whichever has been agreed in writing). These deposits are non-refundable if your child does not take up the place.

A full term’s notice in writing will be required for:

• any child leaving the school
• any child not starting Heatherton at the date specified in writing
• any child stopping any extra curricular activities

If this written notice is not given you will be liable to a full term’s fees.
